Cookie Policy

This policy covers every page of company-formation-in-netherlands.com. It lists what the site stores on your device and which other services your browser contacts, before and after you answer the cookie banner, and how to change your answer.

Who is responsible for these cookies

NetherForm Group decides which cookies and tools run on this site. You can write to us at Keizersgracht 456, 1017 CD Amsterdam, Netherlands, or email info@company-formation-in-netherlands.com. What happens to the personal data these tools collect, and your rights over it, is set out in our privacy policy.

What runs before you choose

These items are needed for the site to work or set no analytics cookie. They run whatever you answer.

  • Your cookie choice. Once you answer the banner, your browser keeps the answer under the name nfg-consent-v1, so the banner does not return on every page. It holds only your choice and the time you made it.
  • Hosting by Cloudflare. Cloudflare serves the site and counts page views at its network edge, without cookies.
  • Ahrefs Web Analytics. It counts visits without cookies and stores nothing on your device.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, on pages with a form. It checks that a form is sent by a person and not by a script, so the form can work.
  • The Google tag, with every signal denied. Before you answer, the Google tag loads with all consent signals set to denied. In that state it sets no analytics cookie and sends Google only cookieless pings.

Fonts and icons are served from this site itself. No third-party font, icon or video service is contacted.

What loads only after you accept

  • Google Analytics 4. Its cookies tell us which pages are read and how visitors reach them.
  • Microsoft Clarity. Clarity sets its own cookies and records how pages are used, such as scrolling and clicks, so we can see where a page is hard to use. What you type into a form is masked and never reaches Clarity.
  • The context sent with an enquiry. If you send a form, the pages you viewed on the site, the page you first arrived on and the number of your visit go with it, so we can answer with that context. Your browser keeps these under the names fi:s and fi:p, and they are written only after you accept.

The map on our contact page is a separate choice. It stays off until you click it, and only then does your browser contact Google Maps.

We read this list off the live site with a browser, in three visits: before answering the banner, after Accept and after Reject.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

You can open the banner again at any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page, or with the button below, and change your answer. If you reject, or withdraw consent you gave earlier, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity stop loading from the next page you open, and the enquiry context items are no longer written. Cookies already set stay in your browser until you delete them, which every browser lets you do in its privacy or site data settings. Rejecting does not stop any part of the site from working, the forms included.

Changes to this policy and questions

We update this policy whenever a tool on the site is added, removed or changed, and the date at the top of the page moves with it. Questions about cookies or about this policy go to info@company-formation-in-netherlands.com.
